Heavenly Father,


I come to You as a man who needs Your mercy and strength. Help me step toward You instead of away from You when I feel weak or ashamed. Teach me to trust the access You have already given through Christ. Let Your presence calm my mind and steady my heart.


Give me the courage to bring You the struggles I keep to myself. Remind me that Your throne is a place of help for men who are honest about their need. Fill me with clarity when life feels heavy. Help me walk with confidence because I know You welcome me.
