Orders
You place an order through our website. Review all details before checkout. Once an order processes, we prepare it for shipment or digital delivery.
Order Status and Notifications
Please check your order status by creating a member account at Men Building Faith. Email notices are sent when your product is packed and when it ships.
Shipping
We ship physical products to the address you provide at checkout. Processing times vary by product. Tracking details are sent once the order ships. Men Building Faith is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses.
Returns and Exchanges
Some items are not returnable.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• All digital products
• E-books, downloads, and digital courses
• Workbooks and study guide books
• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale
Returnable items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. You must request a return within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns receive store credit or an exchange. Cash refunds are not issued.
Refunds
No refunds are issued for digital products. Once delivered, digital items remain accessible to you permanently. Approved physical returns receive store credit only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
Gift Cards
Gift cards do not expire. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable.
