I Pray for Contentment

A prayer asking God to quiet worldly desires and fill men with true contentment that comes only from His presence and purpose.
Heavenly Father,
Help me find satisfaction not in what I earn or own, but in You alone. The world keeps telling me I need more, yet every time I reach for more, it never feels like enough. Teach me to quiet the hunger for temporary things and to find peace in Your presence. Give me a grateful heart that finds joy in what You’ve already provided and fulfillment in living for Your purpose.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
