Keep Me Humble

Keep Me Humble

Micah 6:8 (NIV)

Tuesday, July 15, 2025

This prayer grounds the man who’s tempted to prove his faith by performance instead of quietly living out justice, mercy, and humility.

White Textured Paper

Heavenly Father,

Remind me today what You truly want from me. Not a show. Not perfection. But a life that reflects Your heart. Help me act justly in every decision, especially when no one’s watching. Teach me to love mercy, even when I feel wronged. And keep me humble, God. Don’t let pride creep in and blind me to the needs of others or to my own need for You.

Strip away anything in me that’s performative or self-righteous. I want a real walk with You, one marked by truth, grace, and quiet obedience.

Let my life be simple, strong, and pleasing to You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Micah 6:8 (NIV)

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
