Lifted From the Pit

Lifted From the Pit

For the man who feels stuck, exhausted, or uncertain while waiting for God to move.

White Textured Paper

Heavenly Father, help me trust You in seasons where waiting feels heavy and progress feels slow. When I feel stuck or discouraged, remind me that You hear my cry even when answers do not come quickly. Strengthen my heart to remain patient without becoming bitter or hopeless. Teach me to lean on You instead of trying to force my way forward.

When You lift me out of what traps me, help me stand firm instead of rushing ahead in fear. Steady my steps as I move forward and guard my heart from forgetting what You carried me through. Let my life reflect gratitude rather than anxiety. I place my waiting and my future in Your hands.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Psalm 40:1–2 NLT

I waited patiently for the Lord to help me, and He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along.
