Prayer for the Wounded Leader
For men leading through pain, hiding their wounds—this prayer asks God for healing, strength, and restored purpose.
Heavenly Father,
I want to lead well, with integrity, strength, and compassion, but sometimes I lead while wounded. I pour out while empty. I keep going even when no one sees the pain behind my discipline. Heal the places in me that still bleed.
Strengthen my spirit where it’s been bruised by failure, rejection, or regret. Let my scars become strength, not shame. Help me lead not from pride or performance, but from wholeness in You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
