When You Need Real Peace

For men who can’t calm their minds—this scripture and prayer remind you peace is found by keeping your focus fixed on God.
Heavenly Father,
There’s a lot running through my head right now. The stress, the pressure, the “what ifs”—it’s all stealing my peace. But Your Word says You give perfect peace to those whose minds stay fixed on You. That’s what I want today.
Help me turn my attention from the things I can’t control and focus instead on who You are. You are steady. You are strong. You are always in control. Teach me to trust You, not just with my words, but with my thoughts, my emotions, and my choices.
Let Your peace take over where anxiety used to live. Keep my mind grounded in truth, and help me rest in You.
