Heavenly Father,


My mind has been spinning with worries, regrets, distractions, and fears. It’s hard to focus, hard to stay grounded, and sometimes even harder to pray. But You said I could renew my mind, and today I’m asking You to help me do just that.


Teach me to think differently. Show me how to push out the lies and replace them with truth. Help me focus on what’s noble, pure, and worthy—not the garbage that tries to take over my peace. Guard my thoughts and give me the strength to filter out what doesn’t come from You.


Let my thoughts lead me closer to You today, not further away. Fill my mind with peace, wisdom, and reminders of who I am in You.
