John 2:5 (NIV)
His mother said to the servants, 'Do whatever he tells you.'

Do Whatever He Tells You
John 2:5 is a simple command that carries profound power for men today: “Do whatever he tells you.” Mary spoke these words to the servants at the wedding in Cana, just before Jesus turned water into wine. Obedience unlocked the miracle. The same is true for you. When God speaks, obedience is your gateway to His power at work in your life.
Often, men hesitate because what God asks seems small, ordinary, or unrelated to their problem. The servants filled water jars when the need was wine. Likewise, God may ask you to take a step that feels irrelevant to your desired outcome. But obedience isn’t about understanding the outcome – it’s about trusting the One who does.
Today, whatever Jesus tells you to do – do it. Whether it’s forgiving someone, leading your family in prayer, or stepping away from a secret sin, your obedience will invite His presence to transform what you cannot change on your own.

Obedience Before Understanding
For the man who needs to obey God’s voice today, even when he doesn’t see how it connects to his current struggle.
