Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

This verse is an invitation straight from Jesus to your weary heart. Life’s demands, failures, and expectations can weigh you down to the point where you feel you have nothing left to give. But Jesus says you don’t have to carry it all. His rest isn’t just sleep – it’s a soul-deep peace that refreshes you in the middle of life’s burdens.
Too often as men, we think rest is weakness, and we keep pushing through exhaustion to prove our strength. But true strength is knowing when to come to Him, to lay down your burdens, and to let Him carry what you can’t. That’s not quitting – that’s wise surrender.
Today, come to Him. Whatever is weighing on your shoulders, place it in His hands. Let His presence restore your soul and give you the peace and strength you need to stand up and keep walking forward.
