Numbers 6:24–26 (NIV)

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.

The Lord Bless You and Keep You

This passage, known as the Aaronic blessing, is one of the most beautiful prayers in all of Scripture. It was given by God to Moses to be spoken over the people of Israel. Every line is a declaration of God’s favor, protection, and presence. It reminds us that God is not distant—He is personally involved in the lives of His people.

For men, this blessing carries deep significance. It is God’s promise to guard you, to shine His light on your path, to extend grace when you fall short, and to give you peace even when life is chaotic. This isn’t a temporary encouragement; it’s a daily reality for those who belong to Him.

Today, let these words shape your outlook. Walk in the confidence that God’s blessing is not dependent on your performance. It flows from His heart toward you. Wherever you go, whatever you face, you carry the favor of the Almighty.
