Choosing Stillness

Lord, I admit how easily I fill my days with motion and noise. I rush from one task to the next and leave little space to listen. Draw my attention back to You today. Teach me to slow my pace and sit in Your presence. Help me protect quiet time without guilt or distraction. Clear my thoughts so I hear Your voice through Scripture. Shape my decisions from time spent with You. Lead me through the day with calm focus and steady obedience.
