Don’t Let Me Blend In

Don’t Let Me Blend In

2 Timothy 3:2–5 (NIV)

Thursday, July 24, 2025

For the man who feels the pull of culture—this prayer calls him to resist shallow faith and walk in true spiritual power and holiness.

White Textured Paper

Heavenly Father,

You warned us what the world would become—lovers of self, of money, of pleasure. It’s all around me, and if I’m honest, sometimes it’s inside me too. I don’t want to live with a form of godliness that’s powerless. I want the real thing.

Help me resist the pressure to blend in. Guard my heart from pride, greed, and fake religion. Give me boldness to walk away from what’s popular and live for what’s holy. Fill me with Your Spirit, with power, and with truth.

Make my life stand out—not for attention, but for You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

2 Timothy 3:2–5 (NIV)

People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God—having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.
