Renew Me from Within

For the man who feels worn down physically or emotionally, this prayer reminds him that God is doing His deepest work inside the soul.
Heavenly Father,
Sometimes I feel like I’m wearing out—from the pressure, the demands, and the daily grind. My body is tired, and my heart can feel heavy. But Your Word tells me not to lose heart, because even when I’m breaking down on the outside, You’re building me up on the inside.
So I ask You to renew me today. Fill me with strength that doesn’t come from willpower, but from Your Spirit. Help me to see the unseen work You’re doing in me. Make me more like Jesus—stronger in patience, deeper in faith, and steadier in trials.
Keep growing me, even in the hard places. I trust Your process.
