Strength Through a Joyful Heart

Lord, I want my inner life to strengthen me rather than drain me. Teach me to cultivate gratitude and joy with intention. Help me guard my heart from bitterness and constant complaint. I want my spirit to reflect trust and steadiness. Shape my words, my attitude, and my daily rhythm. Let joy become a habit that restores my strength. Guide me to live with presence and thankfulness. I place my inner life in Your hands. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
