Calling on God in Truth
There are moments when life feels quiet—not in a peaceful way, but in a lonely one. Psalm 145:18 is a powerful reminder that God is not far off. He’s not waiting until you have it all figured out. He is near the moment you call on Him with an honest heart.
For many men, calling out to God can feel unnatural. It might feel weak or unfamiliar. But this verse doesn’t ask you to pray perfectly—it asks you to call sincerely. Truth doesn’t mean polished. It means real. Whether it’s pain, doubt, worship, or frustration, God draws close to the honest heart.
If you’ve been feeling isolated or spiritually distant, take heart. You don’t have to perform your way back to God. Just call out. He hears you, and He’s already near.
